Yes, I know it's fun for you. However, to her it feel like she has a teething infant hanging off of her breast. Next time you are in one of your favorite areas, try licking and kissing around her whole breast before you go for the nipple, then flick your tongue gently across her nipple, and around the areolae. If she likes what you're doing, you'll know by her moans of pleasure. ;)
